CHRISTMAS TRUFFLES
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1/3 cup rum
1/3 cup grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
9 ounces pkg chocolate wafers, crushed
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 cup cocoa
Microwave chocolate morsels in a glass bowl at MEDIUM (50% power)
2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Stir in rum and next 5 ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2
hours. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in cocoa. Store in
the refrigerator.
