RUM TRUFFLES
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 stick butter
2 1/3 cup sifted powder sugar
2 tsp or more rum
chocolate sprinkles
Slowly melt chocolate in saucepan, add butter, stir constantly
until blended. Remove from heat stir in powder sugar and add rum.
Make into 1" balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Let cool for
5 hours.
