Cuban Picadillo

2 pounds lean ground meat browned and drained of grease
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.5 cups thinly sliced onions
1 chopped garlic clove
1.5 cups sliced yellow and red bell pepper
1 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
14.5 ounce can of no salt added stewed tomatoes
8 ounce can of no salt added tomato sauce
2 bay leaves

Saute onions and garlic in oil til soft medium heat, add carrots
and peppers. Add beef and other ingredients. Simmer until all
flavors have blended.
