Sancocho with Yucca
4 qts water
1 chicken (no feet)
1/2 onion
cilantro
3 cloves garlic
1/4 green pepper
1 tbls oregano
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Cook the above until chicken is almost done, then add the name, as
much as you want.
You can add yucca to this recipe, but put it in earlier because
yucca takes longer to cook.
