(Vegetable Casserole With Chicken) for 4 Persons
2 lb boneless chicken, diced 2 eggplant, chopped 2 zucchini, chopped 2 potatoes, chopped 1/2 lb green beans, sliced 1 carrot, chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 4 green peppers, chopped 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon tomato paste salt black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a casserole. Add water, salt pepper, tomato paste and olive oil. Cook at medium heat for 45 minutes.
