Chicken Viva
(6-8 servings)
4 whole chicken breasts
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 grated onion
7 oz can green chili salsa
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
Bake chicken, bone and cut into large pieces. Cut tortillas into
1-inch squares. Mix all ingredients and put in 13x9 pan. Bake at
300 F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. You can use leftover chicken. Turkey
will work, too.
