SAUSAGE CHOLENT
2 cups chick peas 2 lbs beef (stew meat) 1 onion, chopped water 3 carrots, diced 1 1/2 inch sausage, diced salt & pepper (to taste)
Soak the chick peas overnight. Drain and add the water. Simmer on low heat for about an hour. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low.
