VEGETARIAN CHOLENT 6 potatoes 1 onion, cut in rings 2-3 stalks of celery 4-5 carrots 8 oz. tomato sauce 1 package smooth tofu cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks, optional salt and pepper (to taste) water
Layer bottom of pot with onion rings. Then add celery, carrot and potatoes. Add seasonings, tomato sauce and enough water to cover.
