Easy Way Casserole
2 pkg (3 oz ea) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup milk
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed - vegetables,thawed,drained.
2 1/4 cup (10 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup (5 oz) cubed cooked ham
1 cup (4 oz) cubed American cheese divided
2.8 oz can French fried-onions, divided
Beat cream cheese with milk in large bowl; add mixed vegetables,
potatoes, ham, 3/4 cup of the cheese and 1/2 can of the onions.
Mix thoroughly. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake at
375F for 35 minutes or until heated through. Top remaining 1/4 cup
cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until
onions are golden brown.
