One Dish Casserole 3 Tsp. olive oil 1.5 lb. ground round 1 clove garlic, chopped or more 1 large onion, chopped 1 large green bell pepper, chopped 1 20 oz. can tomatoes, crushed and drained 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or more 1 can shoepeg corn, drained 2 small cans mushrooms with juice 8-oz. egg noodles, cooked 2 Tsp. steak sauce 1 lb extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 small can chopped black olives Brown meat in oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and/or other desired seasonings. Add garlic, onion, and green pepper, cook for 15 minutes. Add Heinz 57 sauce or JB&B sauce, Worcestershire sauce, corn, noodles, mushrooms, olives, and 1/2 of cheese. Mix thoroughly. Place in 9x13 baking dish and place in refrigerator to marinate overnight. (Important to marinate) Bring to room temp. and bake for approx. 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Five minutes before serving place remainder of cheese on top of casserole and allow to melt.
Note: Any or all ingredients can be adjusted to suit your personal preferences.
