2 large onions, peeled and minced 1 tsp fresh thyme 1 Tbsp whole wheat flour 5 oz. water 8 oz. ground nuts (cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds - whatever) 4 oz. breadcrumbs 1 Tbsp lemon juice Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Melt 2 oz. butter in pan and saute onions until tender. Add the thyme and flour and stir for 1-2 min., then add water and stir until thickened. Remove from heat, add the rest. Mix well. Place in a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve with cranberry sauce.
