Noodles Romanoff
8 oz. egg noodles
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp chives
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup Parmesan
Cook noodles. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt and
pepper and garlic. Stir butter into hot noodles. Stir in sour
cream mixture. Arrange in serving dish. Sprinkle with remaining
cheese.
