Pork Chop Casserole 6 large pork chops salt and pepper to taste 1 Tbsp onion soup mix Rosemary to taste 16oz. jar applesauce 1 cup cranberries 1/4 cup vermouth Brown chops in frying pan with salt, pepper, onion soup mix and rosemary. Put applesauce and cranberries and chops into a 2 qt. casserole. Add vermouth, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
