Zucchini/Squash Casserole
2 or 3 medium zucchini or squash (can use both) cut-up
2 medium onions cut-up
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 box Stove Top Dressing for chicken
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
Par boil zucchini/squash and onions until tender. Drain well.
Combine all ingredients and pour into baking dish (8X8) sprayed
with Pam. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover the
last 15 or 20 minutes to brown top.
Cheese on top might be good.
