Squash Casserole 1-1/2 to 2 cups sliced yellow squash 1 c grated Parmesan cheese 1 c dried bread crumbs 1 c milk 1 small white onion, minced 1 Tbs. melted butter 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Steam yellow squash until tender-crisp. Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until top is browned.
