Great Tasting, January 18, 2005 - 03:20 PM
Reviewer: Mary Stiefer from Aurora, Colorado
This was excellent. Since I had to borrow some sour cream from my neighbor, I sent her over a large piece for her family to taste and they also thought it was great.
I had one problem. The corn meal mixture for the bottom was way too thick and got a bit crusty when cooked. I think the next time I will add another egg or a bit more milk to make it easier to spread and a bit softer to eat.
Other than that - GREAT.
