1 lb lean beef
1 Tbsp hot pepper oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp crushed chili
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 green bell pepper, bite size pieces
1 red bell pepper, bite size pieces
3 onions, bite size pieces
28 oz crushed tomatoes
200 gr Cheddar cheese, shredded
Combine oil, garlic, beef, spices until meat if full cooked. Add
onions, green and red peppers until tender. Add crushed tomatoes.
Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes at low. Add beans for the last 30 minutes.
Serve and top with shredded cheese.
