2 1/2 lbs beef chuck, cubed or coarse grind 2 cans broth 2 cups water 2 cans tomato sauce oil
1st Spices 1 tsp MSG, optional 2 Tbsp onion powder 2 tsp beef granules 1 tsp chicken granules 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp season salt 1 Tbsp paprika 2 Tbsps ground chili pepper
2nd Spices 1 tsp MSG, optional 2 tsp cumin I tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp season salt 2 Tbsps chili powder
3rd Spices 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp onion powder 112 tsp garlic powder 2 Tbsps chili powder
4th Spices 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1 Tbsp chili powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Brown beef in oil. Add beef broth, water, 1 can tomato sauce and first spices. Bring to boil, cover and cook at medium boil until beef is almost tender (approx 2-1/2 hr).
Thirty minutes before serving, add second spices and 2nd can tomato sauce. Ten minutes later, add third spices. 10 minutes later, add frouth spices. Adjust to taste with salt and Tabasco.
