Texas Chili
4 lbs chili meat
3 heaping tbsp chili quick
2 1/2 heaping tbsp chili powder
1 heaping tsp coarse black pepper
1 heaping tsp black pepper
1 heaping tbsp salt
1 heaping tbsp garlic salt
1 chili pod
1 heaping tsp comino
onion, optional
2 8-ounce cans tomato paste
Brown onions and put in meat. Then add all of the ingredients
except for the tomato paste. Add the tomato paste once the meat
has browned. Cook until done.
Best if shredded cheese is added to each serving.
