6 chicken thighs (skinned) 1 can diced tomatos (14.5 oz can) 16 oz carton frozen green chilis, thawed (do not use canned chiles) 1 rounded teaspoon minced garlic 3 Tablespoons olive oil
Brown chicken in olive oil add garlic. Sprinkle with oregano and salt. Add tomatos and chilis.%A0 Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Serve over vermicelli.
