Butterscotch Brownie Cookies
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
Bear eggs till frothy. Add sugar and beat. mix in cooking oil,
chocolate, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add chips.
Roll into 1 inch balls and bake for 8-10 min. at 325 F.

It was a pretty good cookie that looks good. But it was sort of hard to make. It taste like a brownie with chips in it.
