Break egg into mixing bowl and mix well. Bake in 350 F oven for 12 - 15 minutes. You can mix in chocolate chips before baking. You could also use chopped walnuts or just leave them plain. Turned out very good. I also used a chocolate cake mix but did not like those as well.
