Cake Mix Cookies
1 package Pillsbury Moist Supreme Funfetti Cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 can Pillsbury Funfetti Creamy Supreme Pink Vanilla Frosting
Heat oven to 375F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs;
stir by hand until thoroughly moistened. Stir in candy bits from
the cake mix. Shape dough into 1" balls, place 2" apart on ungreased
cookie sheets. With bottom of a glass dipped in flour, flatten to
1/4" thickness.
Bake at 375F for 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Spread frosting over warm
cookies. Immediately sprinkle each with candy bits from the
frosting. Let frosting set before storing. Store in a tightly
covered container.
If these cookies are wrapped really well, they freeze great. Makes
about 3 dozen.
