Cheddar Cheese

CHEDDAR CHEESE COOKIES
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup evaporated milk
3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup (your choice) nuts,
chips, dates, coconut, etc.
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Sift
dry ingredients, add alternately with milk. Add 1 cup grated cheese
and 1 cup nuts (or your choice). Bake about 10 minutes at 350
degrees. When cool ice with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Blend well.
