Choc Chip Banana 02

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 Tsp. baking powder
1/4 Tsp. baking soda
3/4 Tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 or 3 bananas)
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 2oz bag chocolate chips
Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl add Shortening mix well, add
eggs, bananas, vanilla and beat thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips
and drop by Tsp. on greased cookie sheet Bake 375 for 10 min.
