CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Makes 4 dozen cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups margarine
5 eggs
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
18 ounces chocolate chips
Cream sugars, salt, dry milk, vanilla, and margarine until smooth.
Add eggs and mix until smooth. Blend baking soda and flour. Add
and mix just until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips. Deposit
dough in 1-teaspoon increments on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at
375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned at the edges.
