EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 Tablespoons water
2 eggs
1 cup (6 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop
from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes (tops will look pale). Cool on
sheet 1 minute.
Makes 3-1/2 dozen.
