Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix oil, chocolate, sugar and blend in eggs. Add vanilla, salt,
baking powder and flour. Chill several hours or overnight. Drop
1 tbsp dough onto powder sugar, roll into balls and bake on greased
cookie sheet at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
