Chocolate Star Cookies
3-1/4 cup soft butter
1-1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
I tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 cups sifted flour
8 oz chocolate star candies
Cream the first 5 ingredients together. Stir in the flour. Chill
in the bowl covered with wax paper for 1 hour. Shape into 1 balls.
Place a star candy onto the center of each cookie. Bake on ungreased
cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
