CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
Mix all ingredients and let the mixture stand for 10 minutes.
Drop by tablespoons on cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake at
375 degress for 11-15 min. Watch that bottoms don't burn. Sprinkle
with powdered sugar while warm.
