Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cups pulverized oatmeal (put it in the blender)
2 eggs
1/2 pound butter, softened
3/4 c white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda and
cinnamon. Cream together sugars and butter. Mix eggs into
butter/sugar mixture. Add flour mix slowly and mix thoroughly.
Mix in chocolate chips. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Makes around 3 dozen.
