1/2 LB.BUTTER (ROOM TEMPERATURE)
1 cup Sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup corn meal (Plain)
1 1/2 cup (All Purpose Flour)
1 teaspoon Lemon Peel
Dash of Salt
Blend Butter & Sugar, add Egg Yolks and mix well.Add the rest of the ingredents & mix.Roll in wax paper refrigerate until firm enough to slice.
Bake at 350* until light brown.
