Cornflake Cookies
4 ounces butter
4 ounces sugar
1 egg
6 ounces flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and cream again. Add flour, baking
powder and m ixed fruit. Mix well.
Roll teaspoonfuls in lightly crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350F for
15-20 minutes.
