delicious cranberry cookies, October 23, 2004 - 02:25 PM

These are wonderful cookies-moist, sugary and spicy. I increased the amount of spices (2 tsps cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg) and added 1 tsp ginger. I used 1 1/2 cups cranberries instead of using cranberries and raisins. The cookies turned out beautifuly and the whole family (as well as friends) enjoyed them very much. I\'ll be making these lovely cookies again, and plan to bake several batches for Christmas. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
