White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon brandy
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Cream together the butter, sugars and the egg. Add the dry ingredients
and brandy. Stir well. Add white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) 8-10 minutes. Best to take
them out when they are still doughy.
