Mix the flour and salt, cream the butter or margarine and the sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat the eggs until liquid, then beat into the mixture gradually. Stir in the flour and salt lightly. Divide the mixture evenly between 12-14 paper cases or greased bun tins (probably muffin tins will do) and bake for 15-20 minutes. When i logged onto the internet and quickly found a recipe that looked right i thought this sounds very easy, even i can do this. I am 15 and am a total flop in the kitchen, i even burn toast! I found the instuctions really clear and easy to follow, i was so proud of my masterpiece that i have vowed to follow the same instructions and recipe and make fairy cakes again soon.
