Ginger Snaps
1 1/2 c shortening 2 c sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c molasses 4 tsp baking soda 4 c flour 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp ginger 2 Tbsp orange peel, grated
Mix, then chill for 1-24 hours. Roll in balls. Dunk in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350F.
