Krumkake
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
Beat eggs with wire whisk. Add sugar and beat until thick and
forms a ribbon on itself. Beat in milk, butter, vanilla, stir in
flour. Approx. 1 tbsp. batter per Krumkake. Bake on each side
roll into cornucopia as soon as you take from the griddle.
