Chocolate Chip Meringues
4 egg whites
1/4 cream tarter
1/4 salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoons almond flavoring
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Beat eggs, cream tarter and salt until very stiff. Add the sugar
a little at a time and continue to beat it. Then add the vanilla
and almond.
Add the chocolate morsels and place by spoonfuls on a well greased
cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 300F.
