Rolled Molasses Cookies
1 cup molasses
1 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup hot water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
3 to 4 cups flour
Soften margarine, then mix all ingredients together. Roll out and
cut with cookie cutters, or the rim of a drinking glass. Place on
cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees. Keep in an airtight container.
