Monster Cookies
1 lb soft butter
2 lbs brown sugar
4 cups white sugar
3 lbs chunky peanut butter
1 dozen eggs
1/4 cup vanilla
18 cups quick oatmeal
8 teaspoons baking soda
1 lb plain M&M's
12 oz chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a very large container (5 gallon). It may
require rolling up the sleeves and using your hands at the end to
get all mixed.
Drop on to grased cookie sheet with a round ice cream scoop (very
large spoon), flatten slightly. Only 6 to a sheet.
Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool on sheet a few minutes and transfer to
cooling rack. Store in air tight container.
Makes 6-7 dozen. Cookies can be frozen for future use.
