Dolce di Noce Australia
1 cup butter(250g) butter or margarine 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar 3 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 4 cups sifted flour 1 pound (500g) chopped almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pignoli
Cream together butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in sifted flour and nuts. Shape into small rolls the size of a finger and place on a greased cookie tin. Bake in a 350 deg F. (180 deg C) over for about 10-15 minutes Makes 4 dozen.
