Oatmeal Cookies
makes: 18 - 20
50 g butter
2 dl oatmeal
1 tbs wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 dl sugar
1 egg
Melt the butter. Add other ingredients. Drop little spoonfuls of
batter onto a cooking pan well apart since they spread a lot.
Bake in 175 C oven for 7 - 10 min. (Until golden brown.)
