Oatmeal Cookies
1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 c. butter or margerine, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 package (4 serving size) Jello instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 c. raisins (optional)
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars and pudding
mix in large mixer bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in
the eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and the
raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-12 min.
