PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter with mixer. Add unbeaten
eggs. Add flour and soda and salt. Form into large balls. Place
on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten both ways with sugar-coated
fork. For soft and chewy cookies, bake large cookies in 325 degree
oven for 10 minutes.
