Pecan Sandies
1 cup softened butter
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 cups flour, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup ground pecans
powdered sugar
Cream butter and sugar, beat in vanilla. Mix in flour and pecans.
Mix well. Form dough into 1 inch balls. Bake on greased cookie
sheet in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool, then
roll each cookie in powdered sugar. Makes about 4 dozen.
