Potato Chip Cookies
1/2 pound margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
powdered sugar
Beat all ingredients at one time for 10 min. Then drop by teaspoonfuls
on cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 min. Cool before taking
off pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when warm.
