Crisp Potato Chip Cookies
1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup crushed potato chips
3/4 cup crushed walnuts
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add remaining
ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful on a lightly greased
cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in warm water. Bake at
350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
