Seed Cakes
8 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup milk
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
1 Tbsp coriander seed
Sift together the flour and soda. Cream the butter and sugar
together. Add the coriander and eggs, and mix well. All flour
and milk alternately and knead into a smooth dough. Roll thin,
cut into large round cakes and bake at 450 degrees F. until light
brown.
