2 stiff-beaten egg whites
1 cup white or brown sugar
2 cups Special K
1 cup coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff; add sugar. Fold in other ingredients.
Drop onto greased cookie sheets or onto parchment-lined sheets.
Bake at 350 deg. F. for 15-20 minutes.
